Suzette Leong  Office Manager Suzette has been an integral part of CarePlus Chiropractic Health Center for over 18 years. She devotes countless hours helping patients with all their insurance needs. She makes every effort to provide a personalized touch for our patients, creating a unique and satisfying experience for each patient. Suzette will be more than happy to answer any of your questions, feel free to give her a call.

Conchita Chen  Public Relations Conchita is one of the first smiling faces you will see upon entering our clinic. She takes pride in welcoming each patient and making sure their experience is a positive one. She's friendly, enthusiastic, and always striving to provide the best care for all our patients. Her interests include ballroom dancing, traveling, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Conchita does it all and we love her!

Rita Cheung  Senior Patient Service Assistant Rita is another friendly face you will see upon entering our practice. She works hard to ensure that patients receive prompt attention. She oversees front office duties such as scheduling appointments, answering phones, insurance verification, and database management. Rita is caring, enjoys helping others, and always has a smile.

Chunyan Su, L. Ac.  Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist Chunyan has over ten years of experience in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese (Eastern) Medicine with emphasis in Orthopedic and Neuromusculoskeletal conditions. She was educated in China, graduated from University of Guangxi Traditional Chinese Medicine and worked for over ten years at the Guangxi People's Hospital. Chunyan's specialties include stroke recovery, spinal injuries, and frozen shoulder syndrome. She also has great success with preventive care and in helping patients lose weight.

Training: 2004 Certificate in Acupuncture for Stroke Recovery, Tianjin People's Hospital 2005 Certificate in Acupuncture for Weight Loss, Guangzhou University Traditional Medicine 2007 Certificate in Chinese Herbal Medicine, Guangxi University Hospital

Jack Lee  Certified Massage Therapist Jack is a veteran massage therapist here at CarePlus Chiropractic Health Center. He specializes in Tui Na techniques (Chinese Meridian and Acupressure Points). Jack has been a massage therapist for nine and a half years and has been working here for five and a half years.
